| Reservation
& Booking Procedure: All reservations must be made
through your nearest Royal Brunei Airlines office or your local
travel agent at least 4 working days before departure. Please
secure confirmed air reservation beforehand. To ensure efficient
handling of all reservations and enquiries full details are
necessary such as arrival and departure dates, flight numbers
as well as Transit tour codes where appropriate should also
be stated. Deposit:
50% of total transit tour cost upon confirmation
Payment: Full payment must be made 4 days
prior to departure. Booking made within 3 days should be accompanied
by full payment.
Cancellation Policy:
Applicable to all confirmed reservations.
3 days prior to arrival - 50% of total cost will be forfeited.
2-1 day prior to arrival - 70% of total cost
Within 24 hours or no show -100% of total cost.
There will be no refund in part
or full in respect of any items if there are not utilised
either by choice or circumstances once the tour has commenced.
Brochures prices:
All prices quoted in US dollars are shown as guidelines only.
In case of major currency fluctuation, or when so determined
by any of our office, the Brunei currency shall prevail and
be applied accordingly. All arrangement prices exclude cost
of international and domestic airfares, airport departure
tax, entrance fee and rides at Jerudong Parkground and other
expenses of a purely personal nature and cost for service
not specifically mentioned in the brochure.
Please take note:
All passengers joining transit tour programmes are required
to fill in the embarkation forms to enter Brunei Darussalam
before hand. Forms are available onboard Royal Brunei Airlines
aircraft. On arrival at Brunei International Airport passengers
are requested to proceed direct to the arrival hall for immigration
and custom clearance. If passengers wish to bring in alcoholic
drinks while on tour, they will be required to fill in a declaration
form for customs clearance. Please ensure that passengers
have valid travelling documents and sufficient visa if applicable
prior to arrival.
Insurance:
We suggest passenger(s) to obtain appropriate insurance coverage
prior to their journey.
Liability: Royal
Brunei Airlines herein referred to as 'the Company' acts only
as agent in arranging transport and other services related
to tours and therefore shall not under any circumstances be
held liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident or delay
due to any act of default of any person or other parties during
the course of the tour. It is expressly declared the Company
shall have the sole and absolute discretion to decline, accept
or retain any person as a member of any tour, to cancel, alter
or shorten the duration of any tour in event of force majeure,
hostilities, accident on other circumstances the beyond control
of the company which render it necessary in the Company's
opinion that such steps be taken. The Company shall be relieved
from all liabilities and obligations whatsoever resulting
therefrom.
