New Rules for Check-In Counters & Boarding Gate in Heathrow Airport, UK

Effective 30th March 2008, Royal Brunei Airlines shall implement new rules with regards to the check-in and boarding gate times.

Check-in counters will close 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of your aircraft.
Boarding gates will close 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of your aircraft.

It is therefore advisable for passengers to arrive at Terminal 3, Heathrow Airport, 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure of your aircraft. This will allow passengers ample time to get to the boarding gate within the given timeframe. It is vital for passengers to adhere to these rules, as late arrivals will not be admitted onboard.
