| Reservations All reservations must be made through Royal Brunei Airlines at least 7 days before departure. Please secure confirmed air reservations before hand. To ensure efficient handling of all reservations and inquiries full details are necessary such as arrival and departure dates and flight numbers, rooming list, name of hotel required with an alternative choice. Where quoted, tour codes should also be stated. Important Arrival into Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam must be on a Royal Brunei Airlines flight. Deposit and Payment A deposit of 50% of the total tour fare is due upon confirmation of booking. Balance of payment is due 10 days prior to arrival. Vouchers RBA Tour Exchange Order (TEO) voucher will be issued upon confirmation and once payment for your hotels & packages received in full. Please present your voucher to the addressee on arrival at your destination. If meeting service is provided, this TEO voucher will normally be collected by a local tour representative, otherwise proceed directly to your hotel and present voucher upon check-in. Children Below 02 years old – Free of charge 02 to 11 years old – 75 % of adult price on Tours only (applicable upon 02 paying adult only)For packages & Stopover, price quoted covers the cost of one child sharing with two adults occupying an extra bed in a twin-bedded room. Only one extra bed is provided in a room. The second child will only pays 75% of the quoted extra bed rates. Children occupying a separate room will pay the adult twin rate. Cancellation Cancellation charges are levied by outside contractors with whom commitments are made, in which case these charges will be debited to you accordingly, including other costs incurred.

Refunds There will be no refunds in part or full in respect of any items if they are not utilised either by choice or circumstances once the tour has commenced. Places of Interest Places of interest will be closed on certain public holidays in Brunei Darussalam. Hotel Check-in/check-out Normal hotel check-in time is 2pm. Hotel check-out time at 12 noon, and may be extended a few hours at hotel management's discretion. Please ensure your arrival and departure times are taken into account when you book your accommodation. Your travel agent will be able to advise you. What's not included in tour fare Not included in the cost are expenses of a purely personal nature, airfares, personal baggage and accident insurance cover and other items not specifically mentioned herein. Insurance We suggest you obtain appropriate insurance coverage prior to arrival. Documentation Please ensure that you have valid travel documents and sufficient visas if applicable prior to arrival. Prices Please refer to Price List for validity. However, Royal Brunei Airlines reserves the right to change, amend or alter prices and/or tour itinerary/or any/all of the conditions stated herein from time to time with or without prior notice. Note: All prices quoted in US Dollars are shown as guidelines only. In case of major currency fluctuation, or when so determined by any of our offices, the Brunei currency shall prevail and be applied accordingly. Validity Prices quoted are effective immediately and valid until 31st March 2008 unless otherwise stated elsewhere in the pricelist and are based on tariff and exchange rates current at the time of printing. These may be subject to change without prior notice. Please check with your travel agent or your nearest Royal Brunei Airlines office. Liability All arrangements for the provision of transport, accommodation and other services are made by Royal Brunei Airlines Sdn Bhd ('the Company') through appointed agents only. The Company, its employees and/or agents are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage or delay which may occur during a tour or holiday or holiday organized by the Company. The Company shall not be responsible for and shall not incur any liability for delays, loss, damage, costs, claims, loss of profit or consequential loss caused by or as a result of any delay, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine, acts of God, or any third-party system failure or other causes. The traveler shall be regarded in every respect as carrying his/her own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property. The Company reserves the right to alter or cancel routes, timetables, itineraries and accommodation reserved where necessary.
