How can I get the cheapest fare?
Our cheapest fares are available, on www.bruneiair.com, for passengers purchasing ‘Fixed Sale’ fares. Our lowest fares generally have very restricted conditions which include no refunds, and no changes to name, travel date and flight.

Which rule condition applies when I buy mixed Fare Families?
The most restricted condition of the lowest Fare Family will apply in both directions. Any combination of fares involving a Fixed Sale fare will incur Fixed Sale fare conditions for both travel directions which include no refunds, and no changes to name, travel date and flight even if one of the sectors purchased was on a different Fare Family.

I have just missed the flight. Can you put me on the next available flight?
You will need to be booked onto the next available flight subject to a no show, reissue fee and fare difference fee. This is because the fare that was originally paid is no longer applicable. For the convenience of our passengers, if the same fare is still available at the time of reissuing, we will only charge the no show and reissue change fee only.

Are name changes allowed?
Excluding ‘Fixed Sale’ fares, name changes are allowed subject to a name change fee. More details are available on http://www.bruneiair.com/expressair/family_tier.asp.

Can I name change for one sector but not the other after I've booked my flight?
Once you change your name, it will be set for the entire booking. You are not allowed to change the name for only one sector of your flight.

If I've booked a two-way ticket, can I name change for the return flight after I've already travelled one way already?
No, once you've started your journey, you are not allowed to change the name for the return sector.

Why do I have to pay a fare difference for name changes?
This is because the fare that was originally paid is no longer applicable for when the name change made. For the convenience of passengers, if the same fare is still available at the time of the name change, we will only charge the name change fee only.

If I make a name change and a date change, will I be charged for both?
Name and date changes are charged per passenger and per flight sector basis. Hence applicable change fees will apply.

I made duplicate bookings; can I get a refund of one of the bookings?
As we operate a no-refund policy, we are unable to refund any tickets (fares and charges) even if duplicate bookings were made. If the booking details of the reservation differ then this is not viewed as a duplicate booking and it will not be refunded.

When am I allowed a refund of my fares?
All Fixed Sale fares are not eligible for any refunds. For other Fare Family purchased, please refer to http://www.bruneiair.com/expressair/family_tier.asp for further details. Other Fare Family purchases, apart from ‘Fixed Sale’ are further subject to an administration charge which varies depending on the type of ticket purchased.

How do I change a past dated ticket?
Apart from Fixed Sale fares, you are only able to change flight dates, times and routes up to four hours before the scheduled departure time, subject to amendment fees and the applicable fare difference being paid.
